1.1 Domain and company relation

PaydayForex.com is a domain that is managed for the administrative tasks of Prime Felicity Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as „Company“). PaydayForex.com or its owners, operators, and partners have no direct connection to the company, only providing services for the company. All information on this domain is solely informational, and registered user of PaydayForex.com (hereinafter referred to as „User“) makes all of his choices solely on his own will.

1.2 Changes in the terms and conditions

PaydayForex.com has the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without the need to notify its users.

1.3 Privacy policy

PaydayForex.com and the company agrees, not to distribute the user personal information in any way without further noticing the user.

1.4 Terms to receive rebates

User agrees to follow the instructions on PaydayForex.com in order to receive the rebates offered. If the instructions are not followed, or for any other reason PaydayForex.com cannot verify the users account, then this user is not eligible to be paid rebates.

PaydayForex.com reserves the right to request additional user information if needed. If this information is not provided by the user rebates might not be paid.

1.5 Rebate Payments

This agreement is solely between PaydayForex.com the company and the user, brokers or service providers listed on PaydayForex.com have nothing to do with the payments that are made between the company and the user. These payments are made as benefits to registered users of PaydayForex.com. User has no right to hold brokers or any service providers responsible if payments are not made between the company and the user.

The company will pay out the agreed rebates between the 20th and the 30th of each upcoming month.

PaydayForex.com domain nor its owners, or partners do not take part in the payments done between the company and the user. These payments are only written into the users members area.

The company will make good effort to pay all users in the agreed time and the agreed rate. It cannot guarantee that the payments will be made, if there is an argument (broker denied to pay provision, user has given misleading information).

The domain PaydayForex.com or the company, its owners, operators, and partners shall not be indebted to any user or other party for any reason regardless of whether provisions or rebates have been received or sent. PaydayForex.com or the company, its owners, operators and partners shall have no liability or obligation under any circumstance to issue user payments for any reason, and issues payments based on their sole discretion.

User agrees to hold PaydayForex.com or the company, its owners, operators, and partners harmless from all claims, demands, proceedings, suits, and actions, and all liabilities, losses, and expenses.

1.6 Law compliance

It is every user’s responsibility to make sure all of his actions correspond with laws in his country.

1.7 Website content and 3rd party website content

The user acknowledges the risk of forex trading, and that he makes decisions on his own free will. Everything on these websites is solely informational, and it’s the users decision to read this information, or use it to his advantage or disadvantage. User also acknowledges there are links to different websites and that PaydayForex.com the company, its owners or partners have no responsibility nor have the control of the content on these websites.

1.8 Risk disclosure
